Products

Smart-Tarp offers various products, including, but not limited to, SMART-TARP® Self-Adhering Tarps, which are designed to provide temporary protection for damaged roofs. All products are sold on an “as-is” basis, with specific features and uses described on the product pages. Please review all product details and instructions before purchasing. Product descriptions and specifications are subject to change.

Order Placement and Acceptance

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by Smart-Tarp. Smart-Tarp reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including availability, errors in product description, or pricing errors. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or any additional fees that may apply. Payment must be made at the time of purchase using one of the accepted payment methods (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Direct Bank Transfer, or ACH). All payment information is encrypted and processed securely using SSL protocols.

Shipping and Delivery

Smart-Tarp offers nationwide shipping across the United States. Shipping costs vary depending on the size, quantity, and destination of the order. Standard orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, with estimated delivery times provided during checkout. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Smart-Tarp is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and Refunds

Unopened, unused tarps may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Opened or used tarps are not eligible for return unless proven to have a manufacturing defect. Products with confirmed manufacturing defects may be returned, even if opened. Returns due to installation errors, misuse, or other reasons unrelated to product quality may not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact customer support for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned items are received and inspected. The refund process may take up to 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty

SMART-TARP® Self-Adhering Tarps come with a limited one-year warranty from the date of installation, covering deterioration from UV rays. The warranty provides a one-time replacement for the tarp but does not cover damage caused by improper installation, fire, or misuse. Please review the warranty instructions included with your product for full details.

Use of Products

The SMART-TARP® Self-Adhering Tarp is designed for one-time use and should be installed following the provided instructions. The tarp cannot be reused or reapplied. Smart-Tarp is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the misuse or improper installation of the product.

Limitation of Liability

Smart-Tarp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in connection with the use or removal of the SMART-TARP® Self-Adhering Tarp, including, but not limited to, the cost of substitute equipment or services.

Exclusion of Warranties

All warranties beyond the one-year limited warranty described herein are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Smart-Tarp makes no warranties that extend beyond the description provided on this Site.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including trademarks, logos, and product descriptions, are the property of Smart-Tarp and its affiliates. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of this Site shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.  

Changes to Terms

Smart-Tarp reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site and purchase of products following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

Smart-Tarp may terminate your access to the Site for cause, including (but not limited to) violations of these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Smart-Tarp regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.  

Disclaimers

SMART-TARP® Self-Adhering Tarps are designed for temporary use and may not be suitable for all roofing applications.
Smart-Tarp is not responsible for any content posted by users on the Site.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Site or any portion of it at any time without notice.
